  These people dont know how to talk to customers on the phone. My French friend called in around 1 oclock and they couldnt understand her 'heavy german accent'. These people said, word for word, 'I cant understand your heavy German accent sir.' And then they hung up. First shes not a sir, and shes French. So done with this place. Honestly

  Make sure you count your change they give back to you.... I ordered two coffees and gave the woman a $20 and she gave me back $1 (not even the correct change for the $5 bill she claimed I gave her). The manager couldn't speak English and wouldn't review the video camera.... the immigrants working here were apparently not taught that stealing is illegal in this country. I hope that their corporate office can help more than the management here....
