  The good thing about this store is that the staff are generally very nice and helpful, the aisles are clean and relatively easy to navigate, and the selection is pretty good for just about any type of product you're looking for. I took off a star for a two reasons: the lack of samples (come on, isn't that half the reason to go?), and the understaffed check out section. I generally come on the weekends and I'm lucky if I can try two new products while walking down the aisles. Other locations and competitors seem to have tables on almost every food aisle letting you sample new products. I wish this BJs would step it up. The store doesn't usually feel very busy but somehow there is always a long line to check out with a real person.
